1) The company will repair and replace the parts damaged due to quality reasons free of charge during the warranty period of the supplied equipment. If there is a quality problem in the use of the equipment, the company will respond immediately after receiving the notice, and assign a maintenance specialist to communicate within 24 hours to solve the problem, and provide spare equipment free of charge. Regardless of accident liability, our company pursues the principle of troubleshooting and equipment operation as priority, and strives to reduce the loss to a very low limit to ensure the vital interests of users.
2) In the warranty period of any non-human damage to the quality of the accident, we are responsible for free repair or replacement. We charge for services outside the warranty period at cost price.
