3, in order to make the later maintenance and use more convenient, should be installed in the vertical pipe pump inlet and outlet pipe respectively a regulating pump valve, and also in the vertical pipe pump outlet around the installation of a pressure gauge, so as to ensure that the vertical pipe pump is in the rated head and flow range of normal operation, so that the service life of the vertical pipe pump can be extended.

4, after the installation of the vertical pipeline pump, you should also move the pump shaft and impeller to see if there will be friction or stuck phenomenon, if there is friction or stuck phenomenon, then you should disassemble the vertical pipeline pump for detailed inspection and maintenance.

Vertical pipeline pump suction range is generally 40 meters. Under normal circumstances, if it is under one kilogram of pressure, then the lift of the vertical pipeline pump is 10 meters, if it is under four kilograms of pressure, then the lift of the vertical pipeline pump can generally be as high as 40 meters, so the suction of the vertical pipeline pump can generally reach 40 meters.

If the inlet and outlet position is in the same straight line and the caliber is the same, the centrifugal pump is a pipeline pump. The reason why it is called a pipeline pump is that it can be installed in series like a pipeline at any location in the pipeline.
